Privacy Policy

1. What this covers

This policy explains what AI Home Inc. collects when you use PixelBid, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2. What we collect

Account information: your email address and a password, which is stored only as a hash by our authentication provider.

Content you enter: projects, site surveys, display designs, prices, quotation terms, letterhead details, the logo you upload, and the documents generated from them.

Technical information: the language and unit system you chose (kept in your browser), a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and the request logs our hosting provider keeps for a short period (IP address, page requested, time). We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

Payment information, once billing opens, is collected and held by our payment processor; we receive only a customer reference, the plan and its status, never card numbers.

3. Why we use it

To provide the service: to sign you in, to store your work, and to produce the calculations and documents you ask for.

To run the business: to bill subscriptions, to answer support requests, and to send the emails the service needs (sign-in links, password resets, confirmation of changes). We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content for anything other than providing the service to you.

4. Who processes it for us

Your data is stored and processed in the United States by providers acting on our instructions: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (hosting and document generation), Cloudflare (domain and network), and, once billing opens, Stripe (payments) and an email delivery provider for transactional mail. Fonts for generated PDFs are fetched from Google Fonts at generation time. Each provider is bound by its own privacy and security terms.

5. How it is protected

Every account's data is isolated at the database level: a request can only read and change rows that belong to the account making it. Connections are encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When you close your account we delete your projects, prices, settings and uploaded files within 30 days, except where we must keep a record for tax or legal reasons (invoices, for example). Hosting request logs expire on their own within a short period.

7. Your choices and rights

You can export your projects at any time from the service (PDF, Excel, CSV, DXF). You can ask us to provide, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account, by writing to the address below. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law; we will honour them.

8. Cookies

We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in, and browser storage for your interface preferences. Neither is used to track you across other sites.

9. Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

We will post any change to this policy here with a new date, and tell you by email if the change is material. Questions and requests go to support@pixelbid.ai.
