Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PixelBid is operated by AI Home Inc. ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of https://pixelbid.ai and the PixelBid service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

2. The service

PixelBid calculates LED display configurations — cabinet layouts, power circuits, data runs, viewing distances and structural loads — and produces drawings, schedules and quotations from them.

The figures it produces are planning estimates derived from the inputs you give it and from manufacturers' published specifications. They are not a substitute for engineering review. Structural, electrical and processing details must be confirmed by a qualified engineer before installation, and prices and quotations you issue are your own commercial decisions.

3. Accounts

You need an account to save projects, prices and quotations. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission.

You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes.

4. Trial, subscription and payment

Every new account receives a free trial of the Pro plan for the period shown at sign-up. No payment details are needed to start. When the trial ends the account becomes read-only: what you have made remains available to open and export, and nothing can be created or changed until you subscribe.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are not refunded for partial periods.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change takes effect at your next renewal.

5. Your content

Projects, designs, prices, terms, logos and everything else you put into the service remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display that content to you and to produce the documents you ask for. We do not use your content to train models or share it with other customers.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, including your company's logo and any manufacturer material.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to access another customer's data, or to copy the service's catalogues or calculations for a competing product. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes we will give notice.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or the cost of any project decision made in reliance on the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may close an account for breach of these terms or if the service is discontinued, with reasonable notice where possible. On closure we will delete your content as described in the privacy policy.
